IMPORTANT: We do not store, see, or have access to Your passwords for any Third-Party Service. Authorization happens exclusively and securely through official OAuth 2.0 protocols.

When You grant us access, We may collect Personal Data associated with Your Third-Party Service account (such as Your public profile information or current playback status), strictly as permitted by the permissions You grant during the OAuth flow. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data security, or terms of service of these Third-Party Services. We only process the minimum data required to enable the core functionality of the Service.

Our Service relies entirely on the age verification mechanisms and Terms of Service of Third-Party Platforms, which require users to be of a minimum legal age to create an account. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
